Who is This Course
Aimed At?
Personnel who, as part of their operational duties, must carry out or supervise any projects, usually on rooftops or at any other exposed edge. The works would include the use of harnesses and restraint lanyards fixed to mobile or existing anchor points and running lines.
This course would suit managers, charge hands, and supervisors who also manage work at height that requires harnesses to restrain workers at exposed edges.

Aims & Objectives
Attendees should complete the service with an understanding of and the ability to assess and suitably deal with the risks arising when working at height, which may involve the use of harnesses, lanyards, running lines and inertia reels.
Managers and supervisors will be able to assess whether their workforce is using the harness equipment safely and in harmony with current safe working practices.
