Aims & Objectives
Operatives and managers should gain the necessary competence to apply current legislation in relation to employer and employee responsibilities and duties of care; this would include how to carry out legislated inspection procedures and assess working at height hazards in process, equipment, and conduct, thus reducing injuries by ensuring correct erecting, mobilising, and dismantling techniques.

A 5-year PASMA Card and an electronic certificate of training as a PASMA tower user.
Delegate Experience & Renewals
A working knowledge of alloy towers would be an advantage but is not essential. All delegates MUST be physically fit and able to carry out any practical during the service.
PPE Required
Hard hat, gloves, steel toecap boots & hi-vis.
