Who is This Course
Aimed At?
This course — officially known as PASMA Towers on Stairways — is for anyone who already holds a current PASMA Towers for Users card and needs to work with towers on a stepped configuration, such as stairwells or any spot where access points sit at different heights. It’s aimed at personnel responsible for the assembly, use, dismantling, alteration, and inspection of these towers.

Aims & Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to safely assemble, dismantle, use, and inspect standard-configuration mobile access towers on a stairway, without risk of injury to themselves or others, using approved build methods.

- BS 1139 Part 6: assembling and dismantling towers incorporating current best practices and approved build methods for fall protection

Achievement
A 5-year PASMA Card and electronic certificate of training as a PASMA tower stairway user. This adds category “A5” to your card, PASMA’s official designation confirming you’re trained on stepped towers.
Delegate Experience & Renewals
Delegates MUST hold a current PASMA Towers for Users ID card. All delegates MUST be physically fit and able to carry out any practical during the service.
Any delegate who completes this course will automatically renew their PASMA Tower for Users card, completing two categories in one course.

Hard hat, gloves, steel toecap boots & high-vis.
